When repairing the disassembled bearing, first record the bearing appearance, confirm the remaining amount of lubricant, and clean the bearing after sampling. As the cleaning agent, gasoline and kerosene are commonly used.

When judging whether the disassembled bearing can be reused, check it after the bearing is cleaned, and carefully check the condition of the raceway surface, rolling surface, mating surface, wear of the cage, whether the bearing clearance increases and whether it affects the reduction of dimensional accuracy.
